In June 2021 Transfera announced the start of construction of its first logistics center (TLC 1), as part of a broader project to create a Transfera Logistics Park (TLP). The location is 30 km from Belgrade and 20 km north of Belgrade Airport, in Novi Banovci, near the E-75 highway, 4 km from the intermodal terminal in Batajnica.

In a record nine months, Transfera finished construction of TLC1. The first logistics center covers 30,000 m², of which 3,000 m² are office space, while the rest is storage space and facilities for recreation and relaxation such as restaurants, cafes, a cafeteria for employees and a trim track.

The facility is equipped with a Warehouse management system (WMS), applying the highest FM Global standards, and one of the priorities is the use of renewable energy sources. The 53,000 m² terminal on which TLC1 is built is operated with the Yard management system (YMS) and Dock management system (DMS).

TLC1 officially opened on 11 September 2022.
